Order Information

Most orders for in stock items ship 1 - 2 business days, we will notify you of any long term delay by e-mail or update on our order status page. Large quantity orders may take longer as they ship directly from the manufacturer. Items showing on our site are either in stock now or we expect to be able to ship within 5 business days.

Immediately after placing your order you will receive a confirmation copy of the entire order which includes a link to check your order status for shipment and when they become available, your tracking number. If you do not receive this confirmation, your order was not completed - please call us to place a phone order. It is important that you review this verification completely as UPS now charges $5.00 for address corrections which will be passed on to you.

For Standard Shipping, we ship most orders UPS or by U.S. Mail. On occasion, larger items which ship directly from a manufacturer may be shipped via trucking company. Shipping charges are based
on the size, weight, shipping box dimension, your location and packing materials required. You will
receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. We cannot ship UPS packages to a P.O. Box,
if you enter a P.O. Box as your shipping address you will be charged the rate we charge for U.S. mail
deliveries. For the lowest cost of shipping and for all UPS deliveries your order must ship to a physical
street address. Some items cannot be shipped via expedited services or to APO addresses or
outside the Continental United States, we will notify you by e-mail if this occurs.

We calculate shiping times using UPS Business Days for sending orders. UPS expedited orders for
items in stock and received by 12:00 p.m. PST will usually be shipped that day. For UPS 3 day or
orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST, do not count the day you order, begin counting on the next UPS
business day (do not include weekends or any holidays). For example, if you place an order at 12:00
p.m. PST today and request next day air, you should receive it the next business day. If you ordered
UPS 3 Day, you would begin counting tomorrow.

Important Expedited Services Note: If you choose one of the UPS Expedited Services it is often
extremely expensive. Our shipping tables reflect charges you will incur, however, there are times when
the shipping tables may not charge enough to cover the cost - if the charge will be higher than shown
on the order form we will notify you by e-mail before we proceed. Due to the size and weight of many of
our products, it is not unusual for the UPS charge to exceed the price of your item. By choosing any
UPS Expedited Service you are acknowleding the price may be high and agree to pay this shipping
charge.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO Addresses all ship U.S. Postal Service or Parcel Post.
You will be charged the rate shown on the order form for U.S. Postal Service unless the shipping charges
are not within our shipping tables. We will attempt to notify you of any additional charges by e-mail or
phone before proceeding, however if you do not respond immediately your order will be sent at the higher
charge. Sorry, we do not ship to Canada.

Please note: An additional delivery charge of $20.00 will be added at checkout for orders delivered to
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO address. You will see this additional fee added to
the shipping charge during the checkout process.

The minimum shipping charge for any order, regardless of size or price is $5.95.

If Your Order "Ships Directly From the Manufacturer"

In some cases all or a portion of your order may be sent directly from the product manufacturer. If this is the case, expedited shipping services are not available and the product cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses. Tracking and delivery information may not be available for 14 business days.

Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days - just return your items in the original package along with your receipt. Please use the return label at the bottom of the information form you received with your order.

For items shipped from our location in Riverside, California, no return authorization is required.

For items shipped from any other location, you must e-mail us at info@organize.com or call for an authorization number. If you do not have an authorization number for these items and you return your item to the wrong location, no credit will be provided.

Your refund will be processed less any shipping charges within 7 business days. We suggest you insure your shipments for full value; we are not responsible for return shipments which do not reach our return department.

Please Order Carefully

Please make your selections carefully as many items are ordered sent or processed in our warehouses automatically. Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed without incurring the minimum shipping charge shown on your order form.

If your item has already been processed or is in process from another location, you may decline to accept the order when delivered, however, you will still be charged for all shipping charges when the item is returned.

Large Quantity Orders

For larger quantities than shown, please call us or e-mail your requests for the specific item, number needed, your shipping address and date needed if possible. E-mail us at: info@organize.com

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from city, state, county, federal government departments and school districts for amounts over $250.00. We cannot process any purchase order less than $250.00 for any entity - please do not call to make any exception as it is not possible. Please fax your purchase order to 1-800-600-6817 and mail the original form to the address at the top of this page.
